Looking Up When You're Feeling Down

Sometimes in our Christian lives, we make mistakes and just keep on traveling down the same path instead of stopping, resting, and recalculating our routes to a better path.  Elijah experienced a great win for the Lord that was followed by a very low point in his life.  In 1 Kings 19:1-8, Elijah runs and runs and runs, not realizing he needed to stop, rest and get back on track.
